Iced London Fog Tea Latte

Ingredients:
6oz brewed earl grey tea
2 oz milk of choice, cold
1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
lavender, for garnishing
simple syrup, optionally
FOR THE LATTE:
START by pouring over 6oz cold earl grey tea over ice, add in simple syrup if using and stir. In a frother* add cold milk of choice and vanilla paste and froth till silky, about 1-2 minutes.
* You can also use a french press in place if you don’t have a frother.
TOP your earl grey tea with prepared cold foam and garnish with lavender. Enjoy!
